Change and Continuity

The digital technology landscape in education has changed rapidly on the one hand, and stayed relatively constant on the other. At the technological level, there has been a fast pace of change in the evolution of digital technologies that are potentially useful for education. At the educational level, the pace of change has been relatively constant. These two aspects of the current landscape of digital technology in education
are discussed.
